Welcome to Claria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of helloclaria.com (the "Site") and your purchases from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy.
1. About us The Site is operated by Javier Venelin, trading as Claria, Mirador de Gredos, 28400 Collado Villalba, Madrid, Spain, info@helloclaria.com. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.
3. Products We do our best to show our products, colors and descriptions accurately. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are personal care accessories and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Stop using the product if you experience irritation.
4. Orders When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud; if we do, we'll refund any amount you paid.
5. Prices and promotions Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, if applicable, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Bundle discounts, free gifts and other promotions apply as described on the Site at the time of purchase and may change at any time without affecting orders already placed. Free gifts have no cash value.
6. Payment We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we don't store full card details.
7. Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save) If you choose Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the frequency you select (every 3 or every 6 months) until you cancel. Full details, including how to cancel, are in our Subscription Policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Shipping Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers or events outside our control.
9. Returns and refunds Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, including our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial.
10. Reviews and content you submit If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm it's yours, truthful and doesn't violate anyone's rights, and you allow us to display it on our Site and marketing. We may remove content that is illegal, misleading, offensive or violates these Terms.
11. Prohibited uses You may not use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to introduce malware, to access systems without permission, to scrape content, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Site.
12. Intellectual property All content on the Site — text, images, videos, logos and designs — belongs to Claria or its licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without our permission.
13. Third-party services Our store runs on Shopify and uses third-party apps and services (payments, subscriptions, shipping, marketing). Your use of some features may also be subject to their terms. Your purchase contract is with Claria.
14. Disclaimer The Site and products are provided "as is", except for any warranties that can't be excluded under applicable law. We don't guarantee the Site will always be available or error-free.
15. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Claria is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be limited.
16. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.
17. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to new orders.
18. Severability If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
